STORY
Whiskey Tango was born from extensive big dog experience but even bigger, big dog love.
First came Tango in May of 2017. A rescue from Palm Beach Animal Control, this Pitbull mix was a total momma's boy and gentle giant. Shortly after, at a dog trainer's suggestion, we endeavored to get a female puppy to keep him company while we worked. Along came Whiskey only 7 months later. The rest is history!
Though these two are the chief source of inspiration for Whiskey Tango, it was not our first rodeo as big dog parents. We've had several. From mountain dogs to mastiffs, we've experienced all of the big play, big cuddles, big messes, big frustrations, and big love that comes with big dog parenthood. We also know there's a pretty big gap in the market when it comes to meeting the needs of man's biggest friends.
With that in mind, Whiskey Tango [Unleashed] was born. Our mission is to provide you with the highest-quality, big-dog-friendly supplies and services you need, all with a sense of fun, style, and convenience.
Every single product in our storefront is "pup tested, parent approved" by our own dogs and family. If we sell it, it's because we proudly use it in our own home often and trust it fully. OR It is a Whiskey Tango original creation that we've specially designed because the market has fallen short.

#DogMom is probably the biggest part of my personal identity! My family and I have owned quite the range of dog breeds, but I've always been a Big Dog Mom at my core.
As a lifetime "dog dork" with a robust business background, launching Whiskey Tango was only natural because it allows me to do what I love most, be a dog mom!
I am most definitely the #DogDad to Sadie's #DogMom. Our pups are as much members of the family as any human.(Sometimes more!)
While I love all dogs, my extensive experience with the big ones and seeing their needs routinely not met by the current pet market was frustrating. It's my hope Whiskey Tango starts to solve that for your family too.
Whiskey
Whiskey is a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog who loves food more than she loves virtually anyone or thing. Her daddy (Lou) is a very close second.
She's a sweet, goofball, who often forgets how to dog & definitely thinks it's her world and the rest of us just live in it. She's our #1 cheerleader and THE Whiskey in Whiskey Tango.
Tango
Tango was a total couch potato and momma's boy. He was rescued in 2017 as a shy guy who blossomed into a total lover. Unfortunately he crossed the rainbow bridge in April of 2022.
His loss left our family with a profound hole in our hearts, but the inspiration & courage to FINALLY bring this brand to life.
Luci
Luci, aka Luci-fur joined the family from a Las Vegas based rescue in November 2022. Her family found her to be "too much dog" which happens often with Belgian Malinois, but she's everything to our family and has inspired her own additions to the Whiskey Tango brand.
She's one part working dog & classic "maligator", another part cuddle bug and sweetheart.
